I have a degree in Occupational Therapy and worked in the NHS for 15 years leading a team in Neuro rehabilitation. I now bring those skills into my mentoring and coaching programmes with business owners with ADHD who need support to get out of their own way to build a life and business of their dreams, just like I did.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at the ripe old age of 38 and after years of navigating the messy world of business, alone and unaware that my challenges were indeed my ADHD. I can now support others to navigate their way, in a much less messy way with someone who understands just how challenging life and business can be.
