I was once in your shoes - diagnosed with ADHD at the ripe age of 38. After 15 years working as an Occupational Therapist, and navigating the daily executive functioning challenges that come with the neuro-diverse brain. I finally got some answers to why I found some seemingly simple tasks so challenging. I began a deep dive into learning about and understanding my own unique brain.

I don’t just empathize with your struggles; I’ve lived them. Through the labyrinth of daily trials and tribulations, I’ve found my way to a thriving life. Armed with the power of CBT and my background in neuroscience. I’ve used neuroplasticity (the art of adapting the function of your brain) to grow and sustain not one but two successful businesses and wake up everyday living the dream life I have carved out for myself. This is my dream for you too.

With 15 years as an Occupational Therapist in the UK, I’ve supported individuals through many cognitive and physical challenges, from regaining independence through stroke rehabilitation, to creating goals setting programmes for those on the autistic and ADHD pathways, 

With my holistic skills as an OT I have helped people unearth their passions and craft meaningful goals to rebuild a thriving life of purpose.

During my first maternity leave, I trained myself in the art of photography and marketing, enabling me to pursue my own passions and after 4 years, working my NHS and photography careers in parallel, I took the plunge in June 2021 and became a full time photographer.

I built a thriving photography business in Liverpool, doubling my NHS salary in just 6 whirlwind months. Riding high on my success, I journeyed with my family to New Zealand (my country of birth) in November 21. Armed with self-taught marketing prowess, I turned dreams into reality, creating my personal brand photography business in Auckland.
